BMBA Women’s Ministry Network

All BMBA women serving in ministry are invited to join us. This includes church staff, pastor’s wives and women working in faith-based non-profits.

The BMBA Women’s Ministry Network has the goal of encouraging women in ministry, building relationships, networking, and missions.  The WMN is for any woman in ministry in the BMBA: women serving on church staff, pastors’ wives, and women working in faith-based nonprofits.

Most women in ministry are busy being “all things to all people” – family, church, employees, volunteers, and the list goes on.  There is also tremendous pressure to always have everything together. It is hard to find people with whom you feel safe to be completely vulnerable and authentic, and because of this, many women feel isolated.  There is so much value to having relationships with other women who share your experience as a woman in ministry.  We are better together! The more time we spend together, the more we learn that despite tremendous diversity of background we have so much in common and so many shared experiences.

The purpose of the BMBA Women’s Ministry Network is not to be one more activity on the calendar.  The purpose is to encourage women in ministry, with relationships being the foundational building block.
